Foshan Nanhai Gas Development Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Grandblue.
Currently, the company’s business covers the entire Nanhai region with the overall scale of gas supply constantly increasing. At present, it has 5 natural-gas regulating and metering stations, 1 LNG comprehensive storage and distribution station with a storage capacity of 1,800 cubic meters, and 2 LNG gasification stations with a storage capacity of 200 cubic meters. As of December 2021, a total of nearly 2,000 kilometers of underground gas pipeline network has been laid, with over 460,000 active piped gas users (including over 1,700 industrial and commercial users). Gas sales reached 987 million cubic meters in 2021 and remain strong.
Jiangxi Grandblue Energy Co., Ltd.
Jiangxi Grandblue Energy Co., Ltd. possesses 1 CNG filling main station, 1 regulator station, and 2 temporary gas supply stations in Zhangshu, Jiangxi Province. It has obtained gas franchises for 11 towns and streets in Changshu and has a 72 km-long buried gas pipeline network (32 km of high-pressure pipelines, 31 km of medium pressure municipal pipelines, and 9 km of yard pipes), with 58 commercial and industrial users, over 1,380 residential users, as well as 2 CNG users.
Foshan Nanhai Ruijia Energy Co., Ltd.
At present, Foshan Nanhai Ruijia Energy Co., Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Grandblue. It possesses 2 LPG storage and distribution stations, including Nanhai Gas Storage with a storage capacity of 1,250 cubic meters and Danzao Gas Station with a reserve capacity of 300 cubic meters, as well as 1 terminal with a designed capacity of 1,000 tons. At present, there are about 62,000 bottled gas users and over 1,000 industrial and commercial users.
Grandblue (Foshan) New Energy Operation Co., Ltd.
Founded in May 2018, Grandblue (Foshan) New Energy Operation Co., Ltd. is currently the founding and vice-chairman unit of China City Gas Hydrogen Energy Development Innovation Alliance as well as the vice-chairman unit of South China Hydrogen Energy Industry Technology Creation Strategy Alliance. With the mission of "Building a Clean, Low-Carbon, Safe and Efficient Energy System," the construction and operation of hydrogen production plants and hydrogen refueling stations is New Energy’s main business, and the company is committed to providing public services such as fuel cell reactor activation, performance testing, and durability testing. In 2019, the first batch of high-density commercialized standardized hydrogen refueling stations in China were officially completed. At present, it is promoting the hydrogen refueling station network layout and the development of the overall hydrogen energy "production, storage, transmission, and use" chain, in an orderly manner.
